Tommy has been selling real estate since 2002 and has his real estate licenses in DC, MD and VA, as well as his GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute). He started out his first 3 years at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. From there, he moved on and spent 2.5 years selling large scale new construction condominiums in the Washington, DC metro area-- learning a different aspect of real estate and the in's and out's of the benefits and pitfalls of buying/selling new construction condos. In January 2007, Tommy returned to residential re-sale and joined Long & Foster Real Estate in Woodley Park, the largest and most dominant real estate company in the Washington area. Tommy moved to L&F to continue to pursue his passion of personally helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate decisions.
A top producer with numerous awards in Washington DC area real estate, his professionalism and knowledge of the housing market have earned him a loyal clientele who continually refer satisfied buyers and sellers.
Tommy is originally from Maplewood, NJ, a small town outside of New York City. With his passion for horses, he spent his younger years as a fierce competitor in the equestrian arena until graduating with a B.S. degree in political science from Drew University in Madison, NJ in 1993. He then moved to DC and has worked in the banking industry and for several real estate firms learning the ins and outs of buying and selling in the DC metro area.
Tommy has one main goal in real estate and that is to give the client the best service possible! If you are someone who is looking to sell your home, Tommy wants to make sure that your home is given all of the attention it needs to be promoted for the highest value possible in our marketplace. If you are looking to buy a home, Tommy will make sure that he does everything he can to give you the tools needed to help you find your dream home. He gives you the guidance and support that is needed throughout your entire buying or selling experience.
In addition to his real estate career, Tommy enjoys horseback riding, travel, fine food and new restaurants and his two kitties who live with him in Logan Circle.
